We will provide you with feasibility studies evincing calculated risks. Our consultative approach and expertise in particular areas allows us to coordinate the concept design, technical design, enter party wall negotiations, and secure the best suited specialist subcontractors. Once we have assembled the ideal team to take your development forward, we can then manage the process right through to completion, adhering to project objectives and ensuring maximum asset value.
Facility management and exit strategy
Having acquired your ideal and tasteful sustainable housing unit from us, SwitchQuick Limited can act as facility managers on your behalf to execute the buy-and-hold strategy that consequently provides profitability and maintenance, 7% of your monthly/annual returns(after deducting operating expenses) will be deducted for this service. If you wish to sell your unit, we can facilitate a sale to release the proceeds immediately.
